The Artechworks Rectangular-Shaped Storage Ottoman with Tufted Fabric Upholstery- Chocolate- is a beautiful ottoman that thus far is comfortable and durable. I must say the seller was AWESOME in my transaction. The first order I received, one of legs was defective and would not screw into the housing. I requested to return and replace and seller contacted me and delivered a new item promptly with no incidents at all. They were courteous prompt and great to work with. I will be buying from them again, when you find an honest and open seller that puts the customer first you stay with them. It only took a few minutes to assemble, which involved screwing in the legs.It’s a great accent piece that adds a touch of class to any room. The fabric is plush and the pink is neutral to match with many other colors.I loved its look and sturdiness.Gave this to my son for his new apartment. It looks great and is perfect for small spaces. He uses the storage area for blankets and it doubles as a coffee table with a tray on top of it. Great purchase!This is beautiful and perfect for storing cat toys for easy access. Awesome customer service from seller, mine came with slight defect: couldn't close the lid, as the inside hinge was slightly bent, They immediately shipped replacement..while I was waiting for replacement I tried to bend the hinge back out a bit and did so slightly and lid closed, still bent but it works. Contacted seller to get shipping label to return the replacement they sent as I decided to keep the first one I received and they told me just to keep it. Since I have no need for two benches I am going to give it to my niece who just bought a house as house warming present since she loved my green velvet stool purchase so much. The seller was right on top of things from the start so would purchase from them again, they made everything so easy. This green velvet bench is gorgeous, easy to assemble as well. Bench is packed very well, and seller puts additional cardboard strips inside on top and bottom to protect bench should you use box cutters to slice box open.I searched & searched online, for ottomans. There were several I really liked the looks of, but so many of them only have light-colored fabric upholstery.I was going to get one long ottoman for in front of my sofa. Then I had the thought that if I got 2 smaller ones, they could both be used in front of the sofa, or one by the sofa & the other by the loveseat, as needed.I've only had them a few days, but so far, I really like them. I like the style, the color, the faux leather upholstery & the storage area. (It's deep enough for a couple of my throws.)Absolutely perfect for my dressing room. Bought this piece to store my hair dryer, hair brushes, etc. to keep it out of sight when I wasn’t using them. No assembly required. Color as expected. Fast shipping.
