This is just a really nice comfortable gag. My wife isn't a fan of ball gags on me (to be fair, it's not really a good look on a guy) so wanted to try something that still easily buckles but isn't a ball - rather than my wife having to fumble through trying to tie a cleave gag in the heat of the moment.The strap on this thing is nice quality for the price and the inside of it is kinda soft and comfy - not all scratchy like some leather pieces. And the part that goes in your mouth is surprisingly stuffed full... I figured it would be kinda flat compared to the picture and not very mouth filling, but you really can't easily bite down onto it to make it smaller. It's very filling and quite full of whatever material they stuffed inside of the leather making it difficult to try to get any words out. You won't be able to spit it out if you get the strap around your head just right.Like I said the gag is really full so you won't be able to just mash it down with your teeth to try to make it easier to talk. It's not solid either though so you can comfortably bite down on it in the throws of passion. And as an added bonus, since this isn't a cloth cleave gag, it doesn't absorb any moisture so after awhile they'll be a lot of drool.You could do a lot worse on a gag for $10. This one is a nice little piece to have in the toybox :)
