I got this for my partner and she struggled to find the setting where it is just on at a high speed, so we decided not to use it that first time. I played around with the buttons to find the setting the next time in advance of inviting her into the bedroom, but then the battery died almost immediately. I tried charging it and using it right after, but doesn't seem to hold a charge very well. I have reached out to Lelo support and they offered to troubleshoot, but did not offer a return. We are no longer interested in a replacement but just want to get our money back and move on to a different brand that stands allows returns. I cannot recommend this product based on my experience.
