Okay, so I bought a 2 pack of these in November of 2021, and was afraid they'd arrive broken. They did not, and I don't think it's fair for ppl to give a bad rating just because of that; that's a shipping issue, not indicative of the product itself (it IS fragile after all, so whoever handled it was rough enough to break the sticks). Anyway, these are perfect! Cheap, effective, and was able to use many times (more than 20 I'd say). Sucks up any residual water within a minute and your toy is good as new! Key word is residual; meaning, don't submerge a stick into excess water or else it WILL become fragile and break. You may have to squeeze and roll your toy while the stick is in there (entry hole facing UP, otherwise the stick may fall out), or have to reinsert to get the rest of the water. My other 2 lasted a solid 4 months before succumbing to the oils of my various toys; I had left the sticks in for a couple days a few times, so that's why, ESPECIALLY for the softer textured toys. So just be aware of that, and do not leave the sticks in for more than 2 or 3minutes. Oh, also neither of those 2 sticks EVER broke; I was very careful and gentle each time I used them, and always put them back in their package. I guarantee these will last AT LEAST a month or 2, so long as you're careful and use them properly. Buying 2 more double packs after this review! It works for a while but it stops working after a period of usage, I even dried the stick through sunlight, it just won't absorb anymore.Honestly it works exactly as described. It goes to one temp, and that temp is about what you want. If you leave it in for a short period of time it's very good, if you leave it in for a long time it'll still be, well, good! Haven't had a problem in a few months of use, and I've been cleaning it thoroughly with dish soap and sometimes rubbing alcohol. This dry stick is meant to clean out the last bits of water left in the toy after cleaning. It seems that some people don't know how this product is supposed to be used so I'm going to include instructions The Item works perfectly when used correctly.Instructions on how to use:After cleaning the toy and shaking out most of the water insert the stick into the toy.Massage the toy around the stick very gently to make sure that the stick can get into all the crevices. After 15 - 30 seconds gently remove the stick from the toy. It's that simpleThis stick is very fragile and should not be handled roughly, dropped or submerged in water or left in the toy for longer than 30 seconds, after that point the stick might start absorbing lubricant in the toy which will reduce the stick's effectiveness. This stick can only soak up a finite amount of water before it needs to be dried. This stick works perfectly if you just use it properly.Performs as expected and at a better price then i've found in-stores.Not as absorbent as I thought it would be. I mean it works, but a generic tampon works even better.Soon as I got it, opened it up and tried it out as my toy was drying and to my surprise it worked in seconds. The packaging is in Japanese so I just guessed by leaving it in for about 10 seconds and it did the trick.Recently purchased a "torso" toy I guess you'd call it? well you can't turn it inside out to dry it like you can with a fleshlight sleeve. So once it's rinsed out, I put this thing in there for a while, sometimes I stir it around to get all the walls. And it's nice and dry and good as new! A+Got shipped a broken item that is super hard and embarassing to refund because the label declares everything to customs. Would not recommend. One of them was already broken as I opened the box.
