This paddle is a great addition to my toy bag and travels between dungeons well! This dual sided paddle is good quality, sturdy, and well-made for the price. I love that this paddle comes with two sides, the first side is your standard, light weight paddle. I typically use this side to warm up the skin and get it nice and rosey red. This flat side is nice to start building up the warmth up and start the flow and rush of endorphins tingling in. Then switching to the studded side to add a few firmer paddles and really bring your partner to sub space and right over the edge into bliss! This paddle leaves amazingly, nice bruises and depending on the level of impact play you enjoy, it can cause nice marks and turn into blood play fairly quick. Of course with new implements it’s always important to negotiate a scene first, test on yourself and check in with your partner along the way. Since this toy can tear their skin and cause blood to cover the spikes fairly easily it’s harder to clean and I wouldn’t recommend sharing it between multiple Partners. It’s not a sanitary material since faux leather is porous and is extremely hard to clean and sterilize. There is no way to use this toy without fluid binding it. Play safe and start slowly.
