Update: I was able to get the sound part working and it’s does a good job and can get pretty intense. Def gives the boys a nice tight shock. But you can adjust intensity so it’s not so bad but does range to a very intense sensation if you go all the way . I upped the stars because this part works now but I still think the quality could be much better. I’m now 50/50 on recommending this.Not sure if the urethral part was broken or I just didn’t get it right but it didn’t work. However the sound is a sound so I can use it and not let it be a complete waste. The plastic ring gets cut by the clamp so it self destroys. That part is very poor quality. Didn’t really want the anal attachment but tried it and that def worked. Size was small enough to use. Very interesting and high setting can be very strong. Program settings are good options to pick but could have even more. Overall, would not recommend.
